1. Accepting these terms
These terms apply to your use of the AWBHub website and its services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you act for a business or another person, you must have authority to do so.
2. What AWBHub provides
AWBHub is an independent platform for viewing air cargo tracking information and, where available, saving shipments, monitoring changes, and receiving email updates. Available features depend on your plan, the supported sources, and service availability. AWBHub is not an airline, freight carrier, customs broker, or transport agent, and does not undertake to transport or deliver cargo.
3. Your account
Provide accurate registration information, keep your credentials secure, and use an email address you control. You are responsible for the activity you authorize through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. Do not impersonate another person, share access to bypass plan limits, or use another person's account without permission.
4. Acceptable use
Use AWBHub lawfully and only for shipments you are entitled to track. Do not bypass access controls, misuse another person's information, introduce malicious code, disrupt the service, or overload it with requests. Automated or bulk access must use a method expressly offered or authorized by AWBHub and comply with its applicable limits. Do not use the service to send unsolicited messages or submit content you have no right to share.
5. Tracking information and operational decisions
Tracking information comes from third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable. A displayed event, estimate, or last check time is not a guarantee of a shipment's current location, flight operation, customs clearance, or delivery. AWBHub does not guarantee that every airline or shipment can be tracked. Confirm time-sensitive information and operational instructions directly with the airline or the party handling the shipment.
6. Email communications, monitoring, and Email Bot
By registering an account, you agree by default to receive AWBHub transactional emails, service communications, marketing emails, and shipment status updates. Transactional emails include verification, account security, and billing messages. Optional marketing emails and shipment updates are subject to your preferences, and you can unsubscribe from marketing messages or manage available cargo-notification and Watch settings. Where applicable law requires separate, explicit marketing consent, we will obtain it before sending those messages. Necessary account and security messages may still be sent. Monitoring and shipment updates depend on source availability, checking schedules, plan limits, and email delivery, and may be delayed or missed. They are not an emergency alert service. When using Email Bot or contacting support, share only information you are authorized to provide.
7. Paid services
Where a paid service is offered, its price, billing interval, included features, and applicable limits are shown before purchase. Review the checkout and purchase terms before paying. Recurring subscriptions renew according to the terms shown at purchase unless cancelled through the available account controls or with support. Cancellation, plan changes, credits, and refunds are subject to the purchase terms and applicable law. Contact support about billing or refund requests. Nothing in these terms removes any mandatory consumer rights.
8. Intellectual property
The AWBHub name, website design, software, and original content belong to AWBHub or its licensors. You may use the service for its intended purpose, but these terms do not transfer ownership or grant permission to copy, resell, or misrepresent it. Airline names, logos, and source information remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
9. Availability and account restrictions
We may maintain, update, limit, or discontinue features, and may restrict or suspend access to address misuse, security incidents, legal requirements, or source restrictions. We will give notice where reasonably practicable or required by law. You may stop using the service at any time and contact support to request account closure. Any paid-service rights and mandatory legal protections continue to apply.
10. Service limitations and liability
We aim to provide the service with reasonable care, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation or the accuracy of third-party information. To the extent permitted by applicable law, AWBHub is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of the service or reliance on tracking information. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or overrides rights that cannot be waived.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. The version on this page shows its last updated date. Where required by applicable law, we will notify you of material changes and obtain any necessary agreement before they take effect. Changes do not remove rights that have already arisen or protections that apply by law.
